Shipping
Orders ship from U.S. facilities. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Lyophilized peptides are packaged to protect compound integrity during transit. Storage guidance: −20 °C lyophilized; 2–8 °C after reconstitution; protect from light and moisture; avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
Returns & Support
Order cancellations for a full refund are available before shipment. For damaged or incorrect goods, photograph the outer and inner packaging and product labels and contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are available on request for research documentation.
